We got welcomed by a semi drunk guy smelling like red wine. The room smelled and the hallways were dirty and it felt old. The room very basic. And we had the luck to experience construction working every morning. The place all and all looks very worn down.

Very nice room. Quiet hotel. Well located 3 min walk from the Ocean. We stayed in the building next to the main building but you can have access to all the services of the main building (indoor pool spa ...). Looks a bit old outside but the room was remolded and bathroom also nice. Comfortable bed. Outdoor pool. Free parking. It is also a golf but we didn t try it. A nice one night stay. We recommand this place and hope to be back soon.

My room was of 1 to 2 star quality, not the 4 stars indicated. Although clean, it was shabby and worn out. I also was very disappointed with the Head chef, as this hotel is miles from any othe restaurants, and they closed the restaurant one evening, without informing guests, in order to accommodate a large group. I spoke with the Chef, and he refused any assistance. I had to walk miles in the rain to find another restaurant. The other staff members were pleasant and helpful. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time.

Second review in my life... the rooms are good, clean and cosy..... BUT let me tell you about the restaurant. My steak, looking like a slice of hedgehog scratched from the street was trying to find its final rest on some pieces of suicidal salad leaves trying to survive what was probably a century in a warm fridge. All off it seamed to be fighting with an overload of very dry fries without any sauce to strive in. Fantastic, I will hopefully have a good night rest in the country known for its cuisine.

Very pleasant residential stay for touring Biarritz/Anglet/Bayonne and beyond. Gentle and helpful staff. Great pool never too busy. Good dishes at the restaurant.

Rooms are spacious, and very clean. Bed is comfortable. The food was good, we were there for a seminar. Golf coaches were friendly. Internet is free and parking too.
